DMC5: SE Coming to Next Gen this November
Devil May Cry 5 is getting a special edition release to coincide with the launch of the PS5. Initially, revealed as part of the Playstation 5 showcase, Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition will also include the addition of Vergil as a playable character and several new features for the next gen. Fans have also been wondering about the standard edition of the game and what updates may happen there, Capcom have now confirmed that owners of the existing game will be able to purchase Vergil as paid DLC in future. Other features however, will be limited to the Special Edition on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S due to the limitations of the current consoles and their respective capabilities.
